About Us
Hello, Friends! I'm Tracy Peterson, Owner and CEO of EOWD Recruiting, LLC. EOWD stands for "Exploring Our World Differently," my very personal motto and tagline, representing and combining a large part of my life as a parent to a non-verbal person with autism, a (what feels like a former life) survivor of domestic violence, and as an environmentalist with a deep passion for a cleaner, greener world obtained through eco-friendly life choices which led me to a career in solar and renewable energy.

Ultimately, my personal lifetime experience led me to seek opportunities with exceptional work-life balance at a time before remote jobs were mainstream. Over time, my diverse career journey led me to the wonderful world of recruiting and talent acquisition. I have been blessed to connect with amazing individuals of all different backgrounds and talents from across the globe. There is no greater career joy for me than matching a job seeker to a position or opportunity that makes a positive difference in their life and our communities.
With over a decade of recruiting experience and matching talented job seekers to great career opportunities, I knew I was ready to push my career boundaries, and EOWD Recruiting, LLC was founded in March 2024. We proudly partner with amazing organizations to match job seekers to great careers that simultaneously improve lives and our environment. Our mission is to positively impact the world by connecting top talent with sustainable and socially responsible companies.
At EOWD Recruiting, LLC we believe that every person has unique skills and talents that can contribute to a better future for all.
